WAITLIST PROCEDURE

All spots have been filled and all camp sessions are on a waitlist.  Please complete the form below to add your child to our waitlist!

Waitlisted campers must complete the full application below to provide the necessary information to strategically release spots based on our casting needs. No payment is due at this time. We will notify you by email if a spot becomes available for your child, which will include a payment link. Your payment must be received within 24 hours from the offer email, and will serve as your acceptance of the offered spot. Once payment is received, your registration will be compete and you will receive an updated confirmation email.

  • I understand that if my child is given a spot off the waitlist I must claim the offered spot within 24 hours by making the requested payment.


Camper Information

This application contains legal consents and waivers and must be completed by a parent or  guardian. You will need to fill out a separate application for each child, but only need to complete the parent information section on your first child's application. 

Camp Week Preferences

The following information will be used to place participants into camp weeks.  Every effort will be made to assign as many campers as possible to their first choice week(s) with their requested friends.  Your flexibility in scheduling will greatly assist us in this process. The more options you select, the better your child's chance of being offered a camp spot, so please provide as many options as possible. Do not select the same camp week more than once when ranking camp preferences.

  • Participants in both camps will receive a $25 discount off of the Scrapped camp week.

  • If my child's application is not approved within 14 days, my child will be added to the waitlist. If my child is offered a spot off the waitlist, I will be given the option to accept an offered spot before Camp JuMP confirms my registration and charges my card.

Friend/Sibling Requests

Community is a core value of Camp JuMP. We understand camp is a social experience and participating with friends is a priority.  We will do our best to assign friends to the same camp week if possible.  If your child does not have a friend applying, our welcoming culture makes Camp JuMP a great place to make new friends!

If you have a child serving as a Junior Counselor and want your children to attend the week they have already been assigned, please include the Junior Counselor's name in your friend/sibling requests below.

We have divided friend requests into two categories:

1. REQUIRED - This category is for siblings or friends unwilling to split up or relying on shared transportation.  We will not assign campers to a week without the names listed in this category. Requiring placement with another applicant may decrease your child's chance of camp registration, so ONLY put names in this category without whom your child absolutely cannot or will not do camp.

2. REQUESTED - This category is for siblings and friends who want to do the same week of camp together, with the understanding that it may not be possible to grant every friend request.  Friends should coordinate and list each other in this space as well as rank their camp week preferences in the same order to increase the likelihood of being placed in the same week.  Please order your friend preferences in the box provided.

Sizing Information for Costumes

Base Costume Requirement: While Camp JuMP provides most costumes, you will be asked to provide a few foundational items. These items will be used to complement the provided costume and/or allow for costume changes backstage. Common base costume items include specific shoes, certain colored t-shirt, tank top, undershorts, and pants, depending on your child's part in the show. These items will be communicated with the cast list and need to be brought to the first day of camp. We start costume fittings Monday morning and cannot effectively conduct costume fittings without your child's base costume. We want every child to look their best on stage, and we do not have time to repeat costumes fittings, so it is imperative that your child bring their complete base costume to camp on Monday morning.

Casting and Performance Information

Camp JuMP Audition Day - May 4th

Audition Day is the day we hold auditions, distribute t-shirts, scripts, and measure for costumes. Auditions are required for all campers for specific role placement, and it is very important that campers make every effort to attend the audition time for their assigned camp week. Campers need to stay for the full time slot for their assigned camp week.  Audition times will last 1 1/2 hours for Broadway Jr. and 2 hours for Scrapped. Specific time slots for each camp week will be provided in the cast resources page of our website once registration is confirmed.  If your child's registration is confirmed for both Scrapped and Broadway Jr., they will need to come to both applicable audition times.

Note: Audition Day has already passed and the cast list has been published.  If you are signing up for the waitlist and a spot opens up, we will notify you at the time a spot is offered of the role in which your child would be cast.

Audition callbacks will be held Sunday May 5th. Please indicate your child's availability, should they be requested to attend callbacks.

Photography Release

By checking the box below, I give permission to Camp JuMP to photograph and video my child for promotional purposes. I understand that my child's name will not be connected to any photographs or published anywhere by Camp JuMP.

Refund Policy Consent

The camp payment and refund schedule is detailed below. Parents assume all financial risk of individual cancellation in accordance with this schedule. 

  • Payment Schedule:
    ​COST: $325 per camp due in installments by the following due dates, unless on a payment plan:
    $150 nonrefundable deposit at the time registration is confirmed, and
    $175 due by April 1st ($150 for Scrapped if doing BOTH camps).

Medical Release

By signing the box below, I, the parent or legal guardian of the above registered minor-aged camper(s), further consent to the administration of first-aid and/or doctor care, or any other form of medical treatment necessitated by illness or injury that may require the same. In the event of the necessity of such care or treatment as heretofore described, I agree to hold harmless and indemnify said Camp JuMP and its counselors, representatives, directors, employees, volunteers and agents, including those associated with camp hosts Northside Baptist Church, Northside Christian Academy, and Mosaic Church, from any acts of malfeasance, and/or failure to act on the part of those chosen to administer medical care on behalf of the participant.

General Liability Release Waiver

By signing the box below, I, the parent or legal guardian of the above registered minor-aged camper(s), in consideration for being accepted by Camp JuMP for participation in the performing arts camp, do herby release, forever discharge and agree to hold harmless Camp JuMP and its counselors, representatives, directors, employees, volunteers and agents, including those associated with camp host Mosaic Church, Northside Baptist Church, and Northside Christian Academy, from any and all liability, claims, or demands in regard to personal injury, sickness (including COVID-19) or death, as well as property damage and expenses, of any nature whatsoever which may be incurred by the participant, myself, or any accompanying family member that occur while said person is participating in the above-described activity including all camp or camp-related activities. I further hereby agree to hold harmless and indemnify said camp, its counselors, representatives, directors, employees, volunteers and agents for any liability sustained by acts of said participant, including expenses incurred attendant thereto.

I accept and will abide by all terms and conditions, including the general liability waiver, as specified in this document.

NO payment will be collected with this application.

If we are able to offer your child a spot in camp, you will receive an email with their week assignment and instructions to submit your payment to complete their registration.

Help Another Camper

Every year we receive several requests for financial assistance and need-based payment plans. All financial aid is funded solely through DONATIONS. If you would like to make a donation to help another child be able to attend camp, please enter it here and we will email you separately with instructions on how to make your tax deductible donation.  Any amount you feel led to give is greatly appreciated!

Payment Method Options

PAY BY APP (VENMO, ZELLE or CASH APP) - Pay fee free by one of our approved apps. If your child is accepted into camp within 14 days, you will have 48 hours to make your app payment after the acceptance email is sent. You credit card will be held on file and automatically charged if no app payment is received in that time.

PAY BY CREDIT CARD- Adds processing and bank fees of approximately 4.8% ($15.60) per registrant.  Your card will be automatically charged for the registration amount due plus applicable fees if your child is accepted into camp within 14 days.


  • I understand that I will be given 48 hours to pay by app (Zelle, Venmo or Cash App) without fees if my child is accepted into camp. I hereby authorize Camp JuMP to charge my card on file for the nonrefundable camp deposit plus 4.8% processing and bank fees if my child is accepted within 14 days and I do not pay by app within 48 hours of acceptance.
